She was born in Barren County the daughter of the late Josh & Florence (Walker) Peden. Mrs. Howard was co-owner and op- erator of Bowman's Grocery for many years and a retired em- ployee of Sorenson Industries. She was a member of Temple Hill Baptist Church. Survivors include one daughter Glenda Mutter (Bruce), Glasgow; four nieces Sandra Simmons, Betty Shelman, Faye Patton and Nikki Norman. In Addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her first husband Level Bowman and her second husband Bronston Howard; two sisters Fannie Smith & Mary Catherine Bartley; one brother John Peden. Funeral services were held at 2:00pm Thursday March 24, 2011 at the A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with buri- al in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. JOHN GOEBEL BRAY GLASGOW - John Goebel Bray, 45, Glasgow died Sunday March 27th in Cave City after a sudden illness. He was born in New Albany, IN the son of the late James Gaylord and Jewell Perkins Bray. He was a self em- ployed carpenter and a member of the Freewill Baptist Church: He is survived by two daughters Vanessa and Amber Bray, Glasgow; a brother James "Jimmy" Bray (Stella), Glasgow; a sister Kathy Hagan (Richard), Edmonton; niece and nephews Barbara Crockett and Timmy and Mi- chael Hagen; and his fiancre Jane Allred of Cave City. A sister, Lisa Bray preceded him in death. The family chose cremation and a* memorial service will beheld 7pm Friday, April 1st at the Hiseville Chris- tian Church. A. F. BUCKNER HORSE CAVE -Roger E. Buckner, 74, Canmer passed away Wednesday March 16, 2011 at his home. He was a na- tive of Hart County, a retired Farmer and a member of the Bearwallow Baptist Church at Uno. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy Buckner and Alice Clayton Buckner,, Three Brothers, Charles, Rounie and Cleon Buckner. He is survived by Two Brothers, Leroy Buckner & his wife Linda, Glasgow, Don Buckner & his wife Laschelle, Glasgow. Three Sisters, Dorothy Buckner and Carol Pay- ton, both of Horse Cave and Kay Robertson of Killeen, Texas. Several Nieces, Nephews and a Host of Friends also survive. Graveside Funeral Services were held at 1:00 p.m. Monday March 28,2001 at the Perry Family Cemetery at Canmer. Burial followed. Arrangements were under the direction of Winn Funeral Home Horse Cave. KENNETH KAY MARSH KASAHARA GLASGOW - Kenneth l'ay Marsh Kasahara, 81, Glasgow died Sunday March 27, 2011 at his residence. Born in Daviess County Kentucky the son of the late Fount Marsh and Aberdeen Helm Marsh. An American In- dian, Warrior, legend teller, art- ist and pipe carrier of his people. He proudly served in the U.S. Army and Air Force, and loved his family, God & Country.
